Invest Seoul participated in the Overseas Business Expo 2023 held in Hamamatsucho, Tokyo last November.
Overseas Business Expo is an event attended by Japanese companies aiming to expand overseas and organizations that support the overseas expansion of companies. Invest Seoul, on behalf of Seoul City, also vigorously expressed the advantages of doing business in Seoul to Japanese companies wishing to and planning to start a business in Seoul.
The Invest Seoul booth was visited by Japanese companies interested in entering Seoul, and their main interests were laws, regulations, and how to fund.
On the second day of the event, a presentation session on Seoul’s investment environment and incentives was provided for Japanese companies in the event. Next, a Korean market expert(Yusuke Nobuhara / Accountant) was invited as a speaker, followed by a seminar on the procedures and precautions for establishing a base in Korea.
Additionally, we had business meetings with industry experts in various fields, including related organizations in Tokyo, fintech event management organizations, Shibuya Startup support organization, and Japan’s largest VC to promote future cooperative projects.
We hope that our participation in this event will be a good chance to promote Invest Seoul to Japanese companies wishing to enter Seoul.
