Invest Seoul, together with Seoul Metropolitan Government successfully completed a road show(Seoul Forward-Your Next Business Destination) to attract global companies located in major Asian hub cities such as Hong Kong and Singapore to Seoul.
On July 19th (Wednesday), Invest Seoul introduced the investment environment of Seoul to companies wishing to expand their business in Seoul together with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council(HKTDC), Hong Kong’s leading trading and investment promotion agency, and introduced a variety of investment incentives and support programs offered by Invest Seoul when entering Seoul.
In addition, through a ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding with Finex HK Ltd. and Slowmist, which are local companies in Hong Kong that intend to enter Seoul, Invest Seoul decided to support the ‘All-in-One Package’ program that encompasses pre-market research, incorporation, business management, labor and legal advices for the successful entry of the two companies into Seoul.
Besides two companies, the companies that showed interest in doing business in Seoul through a preliminary demand survey were provided one-on-one consulting with legal and accounting experts.
Starting with this Hong Kong road show, the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Invest Seoul will focus on more active public relations and aggressive attraction activities for global companies based in Asian hub cities to advance into Seoul.
