Invest Seoul is recruiting promising Seoul companies who want to participate in [Boston Bio Cluster IR and Bio USA]

For thier global expansion and investment attractions from global market.

We look forward to having much interest.

1. Recruitment

● Target : around 10 promising Seoul companies having clear demand for foreign Investment attraction.

● Industry : Bio Healthcare ( Pharmaceutical& Bio, Medical devices, Digital Healthcare, Wellness), ESG, AI & Robot ect.

※ The Company industry should be relatable with 'Boston Bio Cluster' and 'CIC' ecosystem

※ Companies that are likely to attract global capital, such as currently in negotiation with North American investors

or having a history of attracting overseas investment.

2. What we support

● 6-week investment attraction program with Boston CIC ( 1:1 matching/IR, Expert mentoring, Special lectures, ect. )

● Support local IR & Networking in Boston ClC

● 100% participation support in “Bio USA One-on-one Partnering” (1 person per company)

● Partial support for expense(Flight, accommodation) ※ Up to KRW 4 million per company (additional expenses are covered by companies)

※ Detailed schedules and support are to be depending on internal and external circumstances

3. Program Schedule : Early May 2023 ~06.08.2023 (Thu)

[Preview] (May 23 ~early June 23) Online 1:1 matching with local investors, expert mentoring

[Local 1] (06.05.2023 (Mon) Boston Bio Cluster Local IR &CIC Tour

[Local 2] (06.05.2023 (Mon) ~ 06.08.2023 (Thu) Bio USA 'One-on-One Partnering' participation

4. Application

● Application period : ~ 04.12.2023 (Wed) 17:00

● Eligibility

- Seoul-based company (head office or main office(business office, research Center, etc. located in Seoul

- Company with investment history from private venture investment institutions

- Companies recommended by domestic and foreign private venture investment institutions

or Seoul enterprise support institutions (refer to designated form)
