ISC All-in-one support package for foreign-invested companies in 2021

▣ Overview

  • ○ Target : Foreign-invested companies established or increased capital in 2021(based in Seoul)
  • ○ How to apply : Send application and required documents via email(fdi@sba.seoul.kr)
  • ○ Submission deadline : Until 10th of December, 2021
    ※ First come, First served until all the budget is exhausted

▣ Outline

  • ○ Program : All-in-one package for implementing investment
  • ○ Target : Foreign-invested companies established or increased capital in 2021※ Companies should be based in Seoul and the amount of FDI being ￦100M or more※ Companies with more than ￦1B FDI or more can apply for support of relocation service, office rent, and share-house rent.
  • ○ Contents
    Incorporation & capital increase Support for standard service fee of legal agency depending on the amount of investment※ First come first served Support for standard service fee of agency depending on the amount of investment
    (ex. FDI ￦100M ⇒ Subsidy ￦420,000)
    Incorporation Support for standard service fee of licensing agency depending on the amount of investment※ First come, first served, Max ￦5M per company
    Relocation service Provide information of relocation agencies and service fee will be supported. When FDI is more than ￦1B, subsidy will be provided within the ￦5M budget.
    Office rent Provide information of global real estate agencies and office rent fee will be supported.
    Share house rent Provide information of share-house agencies and rent fee will be supported.
    ※ The subsidy will comply with the standard of the Korean Association of Beommusa Lawyer, any exceeding amount will be charged for the foreign-invested companies.※ For more detailed information or download the application, please refer to the Invest Seoul Center website (https://investseoul.center).

▣ Process

  • Submit documents after selecting an agency and making the transaction
    Corporation(or a proxy)
    ※ When a proxy apply for this program on behalf of the company, they must submit their id card.

Incorporation/Capital increase Licensing
① Application and information usage agreement
② Contract or estimate of law agency
③ Business license or certificate of the agent
④ Payment confirmation of corporate registration tax
⑤ Legal service fee transfer statement and receipt
⑥ A bank account of foreign-invested company
⑦ Certified of corporate register of foreign-invested company
⑧ Certificate of foreign-invested company registration
⑨ Business license of foreign-invested company		 ① Application and information usage agreement
② Contract or estimate of licensing agency
③ Business registration or certificate of the agent
④ Transfer statement and receipt of licensing service fee
⑤ A bank account of foreign-invested company
⑥ Certificate of the license register of corporate
⑦ Certified of corporate register of foreign-invested company
⑧ Certificate of foreign-invested company registration
⑨ Business license of foreign-invested company
※ For capital increase, it is necessary to submit a Foreign Investment Report or Certificate of Foreign Refund Purchase

※ Foreigners: Certificate of alien registration or domestic residence report
④ Transfer statement of rent fee
⑤ Tenant’s bank account(must be the actual payer)
⑥ Certificate of corporate registration of foreign -invested company
⑦ Certificate of foreign-invested company registration
⑧ Business license of foreign-Invested company
※ For capital increase, it is necessary to submit a Foreign Investment Report or Certificate of Foreign Refund Purchase
※ If any required document is not submitted, your application will be automatically processed as incomplete.
