Invest Seoul completed global investment promotion activities at the "MIPIM Asia Summit 2025," Asia’s largest real estate conference held in Hong Kong from December 3rd to 4th.
During the event, Invest Seoul promoted Seoul's key development projects to international participants.
Through this event, Invest Seoul elevated the city's stature as an Asian financial hub by showcasing major development initiatives—including the Yongsan International Business District, Sanggye, and Changdong—to investors from around the world.
The Invest Seoul booth attracted 159 global investors and real estate professionals during the event, all of whom demonstrated keen interest in the city's site development projects.
Beyond operating the exhibition booth, Mr. Suh Duk-Shik, Director-General of Invest Seoul, participated in a panel discussion themed "CBDs of the Future," sharing Seoul’s competitiveness and future vision with global audiences amidst the rapidly evolving global real estate market.
Moving forward, Invest Seoul plans to conduct follow-up meetings with the prospective investors identified at MIPIM Asia. Furthermore, the agency is committed to continuing its marketing efforts for Seoul’s development sites by actively participating in prominent international real estate exhibitions in 2026.
